The base disc rests on a mechanical rotating table, the six stations have a plate and are, apart from one, motorized at a variable speed. The first station, the one not motorized, is to load and unload the dies. There is a spray gun which distributes the detacher over the die at the second station. At the third station there are two air blowers which dry the die so that the solvent in the detacher, distributed by the previous station, evaporates. At the fourth station there is a hot air blower. This is to keep the die at the correct temperature. The fifth station is free. Here the foaming head which distributes the polyurethane should be placed. There are two versions of this machine available. The first has stations which can hold dies with a maximum diameter of 250mm., the second with stations with a maximum diameter of 400mm. Centring rings can be obtained from the station discs, or supplementary centrers can be mounted. The machine management is by an auxiliary PLC control. Appropriate sensors tell the machine if a die is present or not at a station, so avoiding operations which are not necessary. The foamer, which is not supplied with the machine, is introduced into the cycle allowing a harmonious functioning. The hot air blower has a temperature regulating system. The detacher gun, the drying blower and the heater are all placed on arms which can be easily adjusted to all desired positions. It is possible to use this machine even for jobs which need a distribution onto circular pieces or dies, as for example glueing the bottoms of industrial air filters or the distribution of plastisol during the production of some circular air filters.
