COMMON CHARACTERISTICS • Pleat height obtained: minimum 15mm, maximum 40mm. • Maximum width obtained: approx. 300 • Maximum pleating speed: 300 pleats per minute depending on the type of paper, height of pleat and width of the roll of paper used A special version of ROTOR series, allows the production of filter elements cut without errors on the number of pre-set folds, and with cut performed perfectly on higher or lower edge of fold, without slobber. This new cutting system, patented by COSMEK srl, is useful for all the filter elements that require an absolute precision in number of folds (for instance in internal filters or in elements to be placed in moulds via plastic injection). Cut is performed in a completely new and revolutionary way, abolishing completely the traditional imperfect systems. These machines can work only without glue. The maximum tolerated width of the roll of paper is 300mm.

BELTS pleats collector system

This system is particularly suitable for pleats high from 15 to 40 mm, therefore for air cabin filters. This machine can work papers and soft synthetic materials without any problem.
